Love my locks!

Gosh! I love my sisterlocks!

I got my sisterlocks installed in March (4th & 5th) of 2002. This was a life changeing experience for me. I have never felt such freedom in my entire life. I tell you, it's the best thing I've evr done for my hair. I have a newfound sense of self-love, beauty and spirituality...... My life will never be the same.

I say 'Thank you' to JoAnn Cornwell for inventing such a wonderful hair management system. I totally agree with Dr. C, when she said that "It's not just a hair-do, it's a lifestyle". I am six years locked and loving it! My hair and I are perfect for each other....

I have started this blog to celebrate the natural beauty of my locks, to share and receive input from all you beautiful sisterlocked/brotherlocked people from far and near. Even if you're not SL'ed, Let's celebrate being natural, being YOU! Being beautiful!

Did I tell you that I'm a certified sisterlock consultant? (left the best, for last) Yes, I am! Trained in San Diego, California in November of 2001 and certified in 2004. I shall also be sharing pics of some of my clients along with their experiences and comments from time to time.
